Splashings on the web about food.
Sometimes people wonder what I do in London. Besides my full time job, I indulge in food and shoes... and hopefully some point further in my life, dance.

Apologies

This site requires minor twiggings. I'm a tech and html idiot and find it a complete feat just to accomplish what I have done, so please pardon me. If you have some tips of how I can improve, do let me know. Thanks!

On a random day...

On a random day, I decided that I should make more almond cookies... My cookie cutter is broken so I had to shape it by hand. The result is super chunky sized almond cookies!

On a separate day - today, I made banana, pumpkin and hazelnut cake coz I had to finish using the butter. I still had to throw one away though... Banana, pumpkin and hazelnut cake may sound like a strange combination ~ well I couldn't find walnut so I decided to use whatever I could find at home. I thought it'd be nice to have some nuts so that there'll be some crunch to it... but turned out that I've blended them to fine to taste the crunch! Tastes not bad :) I'll prob add more banana and nuts to it though.

I also took some pictures of the dinner I made - Butter honey chicken & ham, egg and chai xin

I really can't wait to get a new camera... then I can start to take more decent pictures. This camera is just way too old and its macro function sucks big time.
